My first time seeing the ocean and the beach in my life.

At 46 years old you might think that I have seen a lot but in reality I have not seen much at all. I have been on boats and casinos that went out to sea I think, but never saw a sandy beach or the ocean waves crash against the shores until May of 2008.

Tony Rose of Amberbooks.com took a few hours out of his busy day to drive me to the LA beach in the middle of the day to give me the great experience of seeing an amazing beach and beautiful waves for the first time in my life.

In my dreams I have seen the waves and walked the beaches of many places all over the world but nothing compares to the real thing. The smell of the water is something I will never forget and will now use in my dreams of other shores of my dream land.

I had to take some sand back with me so I could remember it forever.
